会員規約

1. 适用范围
本会员条款适用于新秀株式会社（以下简称“本公司”）提供的会员账户、预约管理及相关服务。
2. 会员注册与账户管理
申请人应提供真实、准确且最新的信息，并妥善管理登录信息。利用本人账户进行的操作原则上视为本人操作。
3. 预约与服务
具体车辆、行程、费用、取消及等候规则，以预约确认内容及另行显示的利用条款为准。会员账户本身不保证车辆一定能够安排。
4. 禁止事项
禁止虚假注册、冒用他人身份、妨害系统、未经授权访问、转售账户、违法或损害本公司及第三方权益的行为。
5. 暂停与注销
如违反本条款、长期无法联系或存在安全风险，本公司可暂停或注销账户。会员可联系我们申请注销账户。
6. 服务变更
因维护、灾害、通信故障或运营需要，本公司可能变更或暂停会员功能，并将在合理范围内提前告知。
7. 责任
本公司将合理维护服务安全，但对不可抗力、通信环境或会员自身原因造成的损失，在法律允许范围内不承担责任。
8. 准据法
本条款适用日本法律。争议应先友好协商，协商不成时由依法具有管辖权的日本法院处理。

第1条（適用）
本会員規約は、新秀株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供する会員アカウント、予約管理その他関連サービスに適用されます。
第2条（会員登録・アカウント管理）
申込者は、真実、正確かつ最新の情報を登録し、ログイン情報を適切に管理するものとします。会員アカウントによる操作は、原則として会員本人による操作とみなします。
第3条（予約・サービス）
車両、行程、料金、キャンセルおよび待機時間等の条件は、予約確認内容ならびに別途表示する利用規約に従います。会員登録のみで配車を保証するものではありません。
第4条（禁止事項）
虚偽登録、なりすまし、システム妨害、不正アクセス、アカウントの転売、法令違反、当社または第三者の権利利益を害する行為を禁止します。
第5条（利用停止・退会）
規約違反、長期連絡不能または安全上の懸念がある場合、当社はアカウントを停止または削除できるものとします。会員は当社窓口へ退会を申し出ることができます。
第6条（サービスの変更等）
保守、災害、通信障害または運営上の必要により、会員機能を変更・停止する場合があります。可能な範囲で事前にお知らせします。
第7条（責任）
当社は合理的な安全管理に努めますが、不可抗力、通信環境または会員の責に帰すべき事由による損害について、法令上認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
第8条（準拠法）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合は誠実に協議し、解決しない場合は法令上管轄を有する日本の裁判所にて解決します。

1. Scope
These Membership Terms apply to member accounts, booking management and related services provided by Shinsyu Co., Ltd.
2. Registration and Account Security
Members must provide true, accurate and current information and protect their login credentials. Activity through an account is generally treated as activity by its registered member.
3. Bookings and Services
Vehicle, itinerary, fare, cancellation and waiting-time conditions are governed by the confirmed booking details and separately displayed service terms. Membership alone does not guarantee vehicle availability.
4. Prohibited Conduct
False registration, impersonation, interference, unauthorized access, account resale, unlawful conduct and infringement of the rights of the Company or third parties are prohibited.
5. Suspension and Closure
The Company may suspend or close an account in the event of a violation, prolonged inability to contact the member or a security risk. Members may request account closure using the contact details provided by the Company.
6. Service Changes
Member features may be changed or suspended for maintenance, disaster, communications failure or operational necessity. Reasonable advance notice will be provided where practicable.
7. Liability
The Company maintains reasonable safeguards but, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network or telecommunications conditions, or circumstances attributable to the member.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith. Any unresolved dispute will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Japan.

3. 使用目的
用于会员认证、预约与车辆安排、客户联系、付款处理、客户支持、安全管理、防止滥用、履行法律义务及改进服务。
4. 第三方提供与业务委托
除本人同意、法律要求或保护生命财产所必需的情况外，不向第三方提供个人数据。为托管、邮件、付款、地图或航班信息处理而委托服务商时，仅在必要范围内提供并进行适当监督。
5. Cookie与会话
网站使用必要的会话Cookie维持登录状态和安全。关闭必要Cookie可能导致会员功能无法使用。
6. 安全管理与保存期限
本公司采取访问控制、通信加密、权限管理等合理措施。信息将在实现使用目的及履行法律、会计或争议处理义务所需期间保存，之后安全删除或匿名化。
7. 查询、更正与删除
本人可通过上述联系方式申请查询、更正、停止使用或删除个人数据。本公司可能要求核验身份，并依法处理。
8. 政策变更
本政策可能因法律或服务变化而修订。重大变更将通过网站或会员页面通知。

氏名、敬称、電話番号、メールアドレス、住所、認証情報、予約・決済状況、お問い合わせ履歴ならびに安全な運営に必要なアクセスログ・セッション情報を取得します。
3. 利用目的
本人確認、会員認証、予約・配車管理、お客様への連絡、決済処理、サポート、安全管理、不正利用防止、法令上の義務履行およびサービス改善のために利用します。
4. 第三者提供・委託
本人の同意がある場合、法令に基づく場合または生命・財産の保護に必要な場合を除き、個人データを第三者へ提供しません。サーバー、メール、決済、地図・フライト情報等の業務を委託する場合は、必要な範囲に限り、委託先を適切に監督します。
5. Cookie・セッション
ログイン状態の維持と安全確保のため、必要なセッションCookieを使用します。必要なCookieを無効にすると会員機能を利用できない場合があります。
6. 安全管理・保管期間
アクセス制御、通信の暗号化、権限管理等の合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。利用目的ならびに法令、会計、紛争対応上必要な期間保管し、その後は安全に削除または匿名化します。
7. 開示・訂正・利用停止等
本人は上記窓口へ、保有個人データの開示、訂正、利用停止または削除を請求できます。本人確認を行ったうえで、法令に従い対応します。
8. 改定
法令またはサービス内容の変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。重要な変更はウェブサイトまたは会員ページでお知らせします。

2. Information We Collect
Name, title, phone number, email, address, authentication information, booking and payment status, inquiries, and access-log or session data needed for secure operation.
3. Purposes of Use
Identity and account authentication, booking and vehicle management, communications, payment processing, support, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance and service improvement.
4. Third Parties and Service Providers
We do not disclose personal data to third parties without consent unless required by law or necessary to protect life or property. We share only the data needed by service providers supporting hosting, email, payments, maps and flight information, and we oversee those providers appropriately.
5. Cookies and Sessions
Essential session cookies are used to maintain login state and security. Disabling essential cookies may prevent member features from working.
6. Security and Retention
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls, encrypted communications and access-permission management. We retain data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described above and to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Access, Correction and Deletion
You may request access, correction, suspension of use or deletion through the contact details above. We may verify your identity and will respond in accordance with applicable law.
8. Changes
We may revise this Policy in response to changes in the law or our services. Material changes will be announced on the website or member page.
